Helping ADHD minds and recovering hearts rebuild with clarity, compassion, and real-world structure.
My work as a substance abuse counselor is rooted in my own lived experience. I know the chaos, the rebuilding, and the quiet victories because I’ve lived them myself. My journey through addiction and recovery—amplified by my own ADHD—isn’t something I hide. It’s the foundation of how I serve.
I understand the fear, the shame, and the exhaustion of wanting to change but not knowing where to begin. I also know the profound relief of finding support that sees you as a whole person, not a problem to solve. Today, my mission is simple: to walk beside others with empathy, structure, and real-world strategies that help them find clarity and hope in the same places I once felt lost. We honor where you’ve been, and we build the scaffolding for where you’re going.
My Mission
I am dedicated to empowering people in recovery and adults with ADHD by providing tools, systems, and compassionate support that make change possible—even on the days when motivation isn’t enough.
My primary motivation is to address the critical gap in accessible, modern, and integrated recovery resources. This studio was founded to merge the proven necessity of human compassion with the efficiency and reach of digital platforms.
Holistic, Integrated Care: We move beyond fragmented recovery models to provide a clear, holistic pathway that addresses the complex needs of the whole person.
Empowerment through Technology: We use the structured power of technology not to replace human connection, but to enhance it—providing the tools for organization, accountability, and self-management needed to achieve lasting "Rebirth" from the "Ashes" of addiction.
Professional Integrity: We champion ethical practice, ensuring that all resources are backed by clinical knowledge and delivered with the highest standard of clarity and professionalism.
I work with people who are ready to embrace change—even if they’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure where to start. I especially empower:
Adults on the path of substance use recovery
People with ADHD whose brains operate outside of “traditional” recovery frameworks
Creatives, parents, entrepreneurs, and busy professionals juggling too many responsibilities
Anyone who wants structure without shame and support without judgment
My approach artfully blends lived experience with professional training, trauma-informed care, and ADHD-friendly systems. I believe in:
Honesty without shame
Compassion without pity
Structure without rigidity
Real solutions for real brains
I do this work because I know what it’s like to feel like you’re drowning in your own life. The shame, the chaos, the constant feeling that you ‘should have it together by now’—I’ve been there. I’m here to offer the kind of support I wish I’d had: honest, practical, and completely free of judgment. We don't do this alone.
